Refund Policy

Digital Azadi Official Merchandise Store  offers you a 7-Day Return Guarantee. All products sold on  With Digital Azadi Official Merchandise Store website are covered under our 7-Day Return Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will make a full refund for your order.

In order to return a defective item-

• Email us on shop@digitalazadi.com from your registered Digital Azadi Official Merchandise Store email address within 7 days of receipt of the goods

• The defective product will be recalled and your payment refunded

• The cost of sending the defective product back to us must be borne by the buyer

Note: If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact our on shop@digitalazadi.com or contact us on 8867257359, and we will have the issue resolved quickly.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return under this 7-Day Return Guarantee, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

• Any product without a valid, readable, unhampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

On return of your product, the amount will be credited automatically to the account/card from which the payment was made. It takes 5-7 working days for the payment to reflect back in your account/card.

There is no option for exchanging products on the website. In cases of having received defective, wrong, or damaged products, you can return the product and place a fresh order.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel orders placed online, before they have been shipped.

Your payment will be refunded in full, if the cancellation has been made before the order is shipped out.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped out or after it has been delivered to you.
